Thank you for shopping with Elloria. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review the following return and refund guidelines.


1. Return Eligibility


We offer returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:
• In unused, unworn, and undamaged condition
• In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components
• Accompanied by video proof as outlined below

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return.


2. Required Video Proof (Mandatory)


To request a refund or return, you must provide a clear video that includes:
1. The moment the package is opened
2. The product shown clearly from all sides
3. The product being unused and in full original packaging
4. A clear view of the shipping label and box

This requirement is strict and is used to:
• Prevent fraudulent return claims
• Verify condition and authenticity
• Confirm correct product received and returned

Returns submitted without video proof are automatically rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items


Because some of our products are designed for direct physical contact, the following items cannot be returned once the package is opened:
• Sleep masks
• Earbuds or built-in audio components
• Any product that touches the face, ears, or body
• Any product showing signs of use

If the seal or hygienic packaging is broken, the item is not eligible for a return.


4. Damaged or Defective Items


If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
• Unboxing video
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

We will replace the item at no extra cost, provided the required proof is provided.


5. Refund Process


Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellation


Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you no longer want the product, you must follow the return policy outlined above.
