1. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Processing includes: order verification, quality check, packaging, and handoff to our shipping carrier.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Estimated Shipping Time


Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

6–12 business days (United States & International)

Shipping times may vary depending on:
• Carrier workload
• Weather conditions
• Customs clearance
• Local postal service performance

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.


3. Tracking Information


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

If your tracking shows “in transit”, it means the package is moving through the network.


4. Delayed or Lost Packages


While delays are rare, they can happen.
If your package is delayed past the estimated timeframe:

• We will assist in tracking and resolving the issue

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier and Order Protection was purchased, we will resend the order at no cost.


5. Order Protection / Priority Handling (Recommended)


At checkout, customers have the option to add Order Protection / Priority Handling for a small fee.

This includes:
• Priority processing (moves your order to the front of the queue)
• Insurance in case of loss or damage during transit
• Free reshipment if the carrier loses your package

If Order Protection is not purchased, Elloria is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Damaged packages
• Delays caused by the carrier or customs

This protection significantly reduces delivery issues and ensures faster support resolution.


6. Incorrect Shipping Details


Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If the package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional reshipping fees.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to duties, customs taxes, or import fees.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
