  3. 📩 If unsatisfied, take another photo showing the issue and email us within 15 days. If the issue isn’t clear, we may ask for additional documentation.
  4. 📬 Once approved, we’ll send you the return address.
  5. 💰 After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

If the return is not due to a product defect, a restocking fee of 5% or up to $100 (whichever is lower) may be deducted, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
